What is the warranty period for my unit?

Both our Portable Air Conditioners and Dehumidifiers come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty includes:

  • Replacement of faulty parts due to manufacturing defects
  • Repair or replacement of the unit if it cannot be repaired
  • Support for electrical or mechanical failures under normal usage

It does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., filters, cosmetic damage)
  • Units used in commercial or industrial settings (unless specified)
